June 2014 Harvest

The late start to the growing season means we’re still running slow on some harvest. For instance, we’re just picking the occasional new potatoes whereas in 2012 we had already pulled a whole bed of potatoes and planted a second rotation. On the other hand, lettuce and spinach are doing quite well into the start of summer this year. Here are our totals for June, 2014, with the 2012 harvest in parentheses for comparison.
